Cindy has had a long and successful career in professional and financial services supporting people and customers to realise their potential and achieve their dreams. She believes deeply that there is strength in vulnerability and leads and inspires people through connection to purpose and a belief that anything is possible. Cindy was most recently the Deputy CEO of Australian Red Cross and has also spent time in Myanmar working for a private bank whose ambition is to build a better Myanmar for its people. Cindy is the CEO of a start-up called Spiritum and working with her business partner to launch re-imagined medical scrubs early next year for women in health that are functional and fashionable. Cindy is a Non-Executive Director of Auto & General which is more commonly known through the Budget Direct and Compare the Market brands. Cindy is a sports fan- she played basketball for 35 years and more recently spends her time keeping fit through strength work and hiking. Cindy is also a mum to two adult sons, Jackson & Billy and her baby cocker spaniel Harlee.
