Cindy has had a long and successful career in professional and financial services supporting people and customers to realise their potential and achieve their dreams. She believes deeply that there is strength in vulnerability and leads and inspires people through connection to purpose and a belief that anything is possible. Cindy is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Spiritum Pty Ltd, a start up that manufactures and distributes medical scrubs for women that are breathable, fashionable and functional! At Spiritum, we encourage our female customers to find their inner and outer sparkle so they look good and feel good as they do good. Cindy is also Chair of the Board and a Non-Executive Director of Auto & General which is more commonly known through the Budget Direct and Compare the Market brands. She is a sports fan, a Collingwood supporter and is also committed to optimising her health and wellbeing. Cindy’s most important role is as a mum to two adult sons, Jackson & Billy and her beloved cocker spaniels, Harlee and Hoover.
