She has been working in the field of change and transformation in the corporate world, government and nfp sectors for the past 35 years in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, China and the United States. Having been a Strategic Change Partner at IBM in Australia, she then moved to New Zealand and for the past decade, Christina has been leading a successful change and transformation practice supporting CEOs, Senior Teams and organisations to deliver their own complex change, culture change and transformation programs.
