Christina King has spent 25 years in HR and workforce transformation, leading people functions for more than 15 years at businesses including Youfoodz and The Coffee Club. She's currently Chief People Officer at cmr | Cornerstone Medical Recruitment, and also works as a consultant and Non-Executive Director; a mix that gives her a unique view into what business owners and leaders are really grappling with.

Over her career, Christina has built HR functions from scratch, navigated mergers, acquisitions and IPOs, and led culture and change initiatives in regulated, high stakes environments - always focused on data that actually drives decisions, not data for its own sake. As a Non-Executive Director, she's a vocal advocate for getting HR into the boardroom, championing workforce strategy, compliance and culture as business critical topics.

The teams she's led have been named Australian HR Team of the Year (<1,000 employees) at the 2022 and 2024 HRD Awards, and Christina was named on HRD's 2025 HR Hot List.
