Chaman is a non-executive director with over 25 years’ experience in executive leadership, legal, governance, risk, compliance, intellectual property and government relations. Her executive career has spanned public and private companies in high-growth, global and scale-up environments, including publicly listed SaaS, digital marketplaces and publishing media. Chaman serves as a director at The Wheeler Centre, LaunchVic and Buildxact. She was most recently Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of Xero Ltd.
