Cathy is a senior marketing and communications leader with more than a decade of experience helping brands grow, evolve and connect with audiences across Australia and New Zealand.

Her career has spanned global media organisations including Warner Bros. Discovery and MediaWorks, where she led brand relaunches, integrated marketing strategies and high-performing teams. Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership style, Cathy is often brought in to help organisations clarify their story and bring teams together around a shared vision.

More recently she has moved into the philanthropic sector as Marketing and Events Manager at Queensland Gives, where she works closely with the CEO and Board of Governors to inspire generosity across the state through brand strategy, partnerships and events.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Cathy enjoys mentoring emerging talent and supporting women to grow their confidence and leadership voice.

Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.
