Carolyn Noumertzis is a seasoned Human Resources executive known for her exceptional ability to drive impact at both strategic and operational levels. Over her career, Carolyn has held senior roles with some of Australia’s most prominent brands, including Foster’s, Coles, Jetstar, Regis Healthcare, Oz Minerals, Slater and Gordon Lawyers, and Virgin Australia.

Carolyn’s passion lies in working in environments where the synergy between customer experience and employee experience is pivotal. She thrives in environments that demand a departure from the status quo, embracing innovative thinking and transformative approaches to unlock organisational value.

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University and recognition as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Beyond her professional achievements, Carolyn is an enthusiastic traveller, having explored fifteen countries so far. As a mother of identical twins living a dynamic balance of career and family life, she has honed invaluable life skills including patience, humour, and multitasking.
