Carolyn is a lawyer by trade who has spent over 25 years working in a commercial law firm. Carolyn was Managing Partner of her firm for 8 years and spent a significant amount of that time working on culture and risk management within the firm - that is, working with the members of the firm to ensure their careers provided what they needed to enable them to reach their potential.

Since leaving that role, Carolyn has built a portfolio of board roles and is currently Chair of Credit Union SA, Netball SA, Can; Do Group, Tonkin Consulting and Haighs Chocolates. Carolyn is also an executive coach and mentor to a number of senior executives and partners in professional services businesses in Adelaide.
