Carol Brown is a Sales Director at Microsoft leading an Enterprise team across Australia and New Zealand. Carol is responsible for ensuring her business delivers on the Microsoft mission to empower every person and organisation on the planet to achieve more.

Carol has been at Microsoft for just over nine years where she has held a variety of roles across Sales, Marketing and Leadership.

In addition to this Carol is a fully certified Leadership coach, member of the International Coach Federation and proud member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

Carol is a passionate advocate for small business and sits on the Digital Boost alliance governance board in NZ, and is an executive ally for diversity and inclusion both within Microsoft and the technology industry.
