Billie-Jo is a vibrant and committed executive leader, supporting those in her network and profession to effectively build their leadership and people management careers.

Having worked in senior executive positions across South Australia, the Northern Territory and NSW, her core experiences lie in organisations going through substantive change and how to enable and support their success. This has been attested through professional roles as an executive in HR, corporate services and project management spheres.

Having served on four not-for-profit boards, including two as chairperson, and as a currently councillor of IPAA SA, she holds a strong governance mindset, backed up with substantive people leadership skills and financial acumen.

She is keen to mentor those from a variety of backgrounds who are looking to focus their path on being an inspiring and influential leader, and in building the next generation of strength and capability in our critical workforce areas.
