Most recently, she was responsible for Technology Strategy and Transformation for Bacardi Limited, as well as dual-hatting as Regional CIO. Her experience has covered varied functions including General Management, Technology, Human Resources, Commercial Management and Finance, and has spanned numerous geographical locations. Audrey is recognised as a thought leader in Human Experience particularly related to digital transformation, her multi-cultural inclusive leadership, and her transformation and turnaround management. Her ability to effectively lead a team to top tier commercial and operational success has earned her recognition. Known for her strategic and operational abilities, she has led the establishment of various functions throughout her career.

Audrey is now working independently, having established her own boutique advisory and consultancy services company.
