Ashley has worked with leading Australian organisations to design, implement and deliver talent solutions. She is driven by social purpose and has a compelling passion for gender equity.

Ashley is completing a PhD focused on accelerating progress with female diversity and inclusion in the Western Australian Mining Industry.

Her role at CEOs for Gender Equity is to engage with progressive Western Australian CEOs who are passionate about getting gender on the agenda. As a collective, CEOs for Gender Equity aims to inspire other leaders to take action and advocate for gender equity progress in jobs and pay across the public and private sector.

Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.

She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
