Annie’s career has spanned over two decades in the healthcare-consumer industry holding sales, marketing and leadership roles at Stryker in ANZ and the USA. Annie started her career in Australia with Kimberley-Clark Healthcare where she spent more than 8 years in various sales and marketing roles around the country. Marketing, communications, product launches, stakeholder relationships and challenging business problems are keen interests.

Annie holds a board position with the Medical Device Industry Association, MTAA to advance the industries strategies and access to the patients it serves. Annie is passionate about advancing women’s health and leadership and has been involved in many internal Women’s networks and events in her organizations and industry.

Content Marketer at Mentor Walks, Tess’s professional life is shaped by a desire to drive gender equality and build an inclusive society. Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.

She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
