Driven by a passion for social justice and equity, Annetay has had a diverse career across three continents and the public, private and for-purpose sectors.

Annetay has been Chief Executive Officer of the Adelaide Holocaust Museum since March 2024. In this role, she leads South Australia’s only outwardly facing Jewish institution as it seeks to inspire visitors to stand up to antisemitism and hate while documenting and sharing the stories of South Australian Holocaust survivors.

Her previous professional roles included Deputy Director of Cabinet Office in the South Australian public sector, Director of Governance for TAFE SA and most recently as Director, Advisory at professional services company BDO Australia.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Annetay has served on not-for-profit boards for more than fifteen years. For the last six years, she has served as President of the Jewish Community Council of South Australia, the peak body of Jewish organisations in South Australia, and as a Vice President of the Executive Council for Australian Jewry, the peak body of the Australian Jewish community. Previous communal board service includes President of Beit Shalom Synagogue, President of the Jewish National Fund/KKL South Australia, and member of the boards of JNF/KKL Australia and ARZA Australia.

Annetay is a tireless advocate for the South Australian Jewish community, both within South Australia and nationally. In 2024, she was honoured with the Vatik Award from the Union of Progressive Judaism to recognise her service to the Jewish community and broader community.
