Anne Pao is Founder/CEO of Ignite where she partners with executive teams as an embedded GTM operating partner. Anne has been a trusted advisor to QuotaPath, Champify, StoryPath, Rev, Scoop Analytics, is a Venture Advisor to Ridge Ventures, and an investor through Fog Ventures. Prior to Ignite, Anne helped build and scale go-to-market organizations at companies including Tubular Labs (acquired), Airship (Series F), Heap (Series D), Maven Clinic (Series E), Medallia (IPO), and Gilead Sciences (Fortune 500), supporting growth from ~$25M to over $5B in revenue.

Anne is deeply passionate about building communities for authentic connection for current, rising and future female leaders. She has been a board member for several women-focused non profits, community groups and ERGs in the United States and Africa. Outside of work, Anne is a proud mom of two amazing kids and can be found hiking, teaching yoga or eating out with her family across the Bay Area.
