With over 25 years of experience driving growth across a range of industries—including consumer electronics, outdoor adventure, and intimate apparel—Ms. Johnson is currently the CEO and Co-Owner of Bendon Lingerie, a global manufacturer and retailer of lingerie.

Prior to rejoining Bendon, she served as Executive General Manager of Operations at The Warehouse Group (NZE: WHS), one of New Zealand’s largest publicly listed companies, where she oversaw $1 billion in revenue and a 93-store footprint. From 2012 to 2017, she led Bendon’s retail channel as Executive General Manager, delivering consistent returns exceeding 30% across multiple women’s categories.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Johnson held the role of General Manager for the New Zealand territory and was a franchisee with Harvey Norman (ASX: HVN), one of Australia’s largest listed retailers.
