Amy LeBold is the Chief People Officer at NextRoll, Inc., a marketing technology company delivering products ambitious marketers use and rely on to grow their businesses. Amy is an accomplished global People leader with experience in providing people strategies and leadership development in rapidly changing workplaces. She has led and scaled NextRoll's people strategy around the globe in the last 12-years. She has spent 20 years in HR roles focused heavily on the employee experience, and has been closely involved with engaging employees in giving back to the communities where they work and live. In addition to setting the talent strategy for the company, she also co-leads the global NextRoll Gives Back Board. Prior to joining NextRoll, Amy spent nine years at Elan Pharmaceutical, Inc., where she held various roles across HR & Talent Acquisition in San Diego, South San Francisco and Dublin, Ireland. Amy also holds a bachelor's of science degree in psycho-biology from University of California at Los Angeles.
