Amber is a team builder, leader, and strategic thinker. She has over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering digital services. Her work in the government sector aims to create easy-to-use services, that build trust and ensure everyone benefits. Her work spans service design, data, community engagement, policy, and digital service delivery. She has worked in government, advertising, finance, entertainment, and the not-for-profit sectors. Currently, Amber is the Director of Customer Experience at Solar Victoria. There, she focuses on helping more Victorians to adopt renewable and energy-efficient products in their homes.
