Alison is an experienced senior executive with extensive background in all aspects of corporate affairs, general management, legal and regulatory compliance, finance, marketing and international business operations. Her sectoral experience extends across mining and resources, automotive, manufacturing and energy.

From 2014 - 2022, Alison held senior roles at Fortescue Metals Group including as Director, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs and Joint Company Secretary. Her previous roles also include Executive Director and General Counsel with GM Holden, Managing Director of leading not-for-profit organisation, The Foundation for Young Australians and various Non-Executive and governance roles with high profile Boards and Committees, including leading industry superannuation fund, AustralianSuper. She is currently a Director on the Boards of UN Women Australia and the Black Swan State Theatre Company of WA.
