Alice is a vibrant and experienced Human Resources professional who has developed her human resources and leadership expertise in generalist HR and People and Culture management and executive roles.

Alice has enjoyed roles in the public, for-purpose, and private sectors with national and state-based remits, operating from Darwin and Hobart. Alice is currently the Group Manager, People and Culture for Hill Street Grocer. Outside of Alice’s professional life she is raising three children and plays field hockey for fun.

Early in her career Alice managed the graduate and early careers programs at Northern Territory Treasury and is currently a Network Convenor for the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), connecting local HR professionals in Hobart at engaging casual events. Alice appreciates the value of career guidance and networking and is thrilled to be part of Mentor Walks.

Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.

She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
