Ingrid D'Lima is a Talent Spotter & Talent Developer, Personal Branding Coach, Facilitator and Adventurer.
She's passionate about exploring life's full potential and coaching others to discover theirs. She has lived and worked in 4 countries and her experience spans across multiple regions covering Middle East & North Africa to Asia and Oceania. She built her career leading Talent Acquisition for large Financial Institutions such as AIG, SCB and Citi. With proven success in the corporate world Ingrid followed her passion in Image Coaching by helping people find their confidence and look and feel good about themselves.

Ingrid loves that her current role as the Global Head of Early Careers & Program Management at SMBC - cuts across creating a pipeline of future leaders, strategic branding and building meaningful learning programs.

Ingrid was previously the Head of Middle East & Africa, Business Execution at Citi - focusing on executing the HR Strategy across 29 countries and leading change management within HR Operations.

Besides Mentor Walks, Ingrid volunteers at Ellevate Network (global women’s network) and Amal CSR (animal welfare).
