Catherine is focused on working with leadership teams to design and deliver security capabilities fit for purpose for our clients. She has had the privilege of leading diverse cybersecurity and IT teams focused on a people, process and technology approach to best meet client objectives and drive successful business outcomes. Her deep expertise includes leading large global cybersecurity and IT transformation programs, and managed security services teams, including OT Security transformation programs.
Prior to Accenture, Catherine was the Enterprise Security Executive for Microsoft in Western Canada and supported 40+ Enterprise Commercial Customers to find solutions that best met their strategic and tactical objectives across IT, OT, hybrid and multi-cloud environments. During this time, she represented her Security peers on Microsoft Canada’s FY22 President’s Council and the STU Diversity & Inclusion Team. Prior to this, Catherine was a Director in Deloitte’s Cyber Risk Services team focused on leading large cybersecurity and domain-specific transformation programs and was a core member of Deloitte’s Managed Security Services leadership team. She was an early member of Deloitte’s Global and Canadian Women in Cyber initiative teams.
Catherine is passionate about bringing together diverse cross-functional teams to successfully deliver solutions and outcomes that provide value to our clients. She is equally invested in supporting the development, growth and retention of our Security team members. As well, Catherine is committed to mentoring of new and established members of the Security profession, plus supporting local not-for-profit organizations with cybersecurity insights and best practices.
