Mentor Walks Dubai Event Coordinator

DUBAI EVENT COORDINATOR (EC)
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our local events, making sure everything runs smoothly while connecting people and fostering an inclusive environment. If you're an active connector, love to troubleshoot on the fly, and have strong organizational skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of local events, ensuring a seamless experience for both mentors and mentees.
- Manage mentor and mentee attendance, matching, communications, and event logistics.
- Troubleshoot any last-minute actions during events and work with Local Leaders leading up to the walk.
- Help us reach a wider audience by promoting events and collecting feedback.
What We're Looking For:
- Events management, project management, EA/admin experience.
- Must be able to attend all walks and commit to 9 hours per walk, including preparation and running the in-person events. Walks in Dubai are at Kite Beach / Ski Dubai, at 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM on the following dates in 2026:
16 January, 14 February, 1 April, 10 June, 30 September and 20 November.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with senior executives and communicating at all levels.
- Passion for supporting women in their careers and building a thriving local community.
This role works remotely with the Mentor Walks team, locally and with HQ Central. Dubai walks have switched to Virtual at times of unrest and uncertainty. The safety of our local teams, mentors and mentees is our priority,
and we will continue to switch walks to online events as needed.
