The Conversations Women Bring —
and What They Take Away
Here are some of the questions women in Auckland brought to their mentor conversations.

"How to progress and grow in a niche field? I love the company I work for, but I feel stagnant.
I loved Amanda's suggestion (my mentor) around using storytelling to provide the 'why' and be an effective communicator to stand out, that really resonated with me."
⎯ Dina, Auckland mentee

"I'm a team leader and sometimes find it hard to keep the momentum going.
I learned that I should make a succession plan to work for myself as well as my company - take control of it rather than wait for my company to do it (or not)."
⎯ Vashti, Auckland mentee

"I needed help on feeling confident about myself.
I left feeling that my challenges are valid and that I can do something to change my path and how I deal with them."
⎯ Amy, Auckland mentee
