Local community and connection matter, and regular walks help women build meaningful relationships that extend beyond a single conversation.

Intergenerational insight adds depth and perspective, helping participants build the capability to navigate decisions, transitions and what’s next in their careers.

"I am seeking some guidance regarding my future direction. I would like to continue my clinical practice, whilst also undertaking some project work within the scope of my recent studies.

I got helpful advice about thinking more about my 'why' to get clarity in career direction."

"How can I best plan or structure a pivot in my career?

My mentor gave me direct questions that helped me see a different view of my situation."

"I needed more insight on leadership and managing client expectations.

I enjoyed the coaching experience and that I was matched with a group of people who are all in leadership roles so despite differences in industry, we could relate to each other's challenges."
