Make mentoring accessible to the women of your city, help them get guidance from senior women and build their connections to move forward. By launching Mentor Walks in your city you will become part of a global network that spans five countries, and is growing rapidly.
We’re looking for passionate, well-connected champions of female leadership. You’ll launch and lead your city’s walks and help create an inclusive, supportive space where every woman is welcome and empowered.

Mentor Walks brings together women at all stages of their careers for face-to-face conversations with senior women in your city. To bring Mentor Walks to your city, you’ll be:

What’s Involved?

Become a Licensee — You’ll join our global movement as a licensed partner, with access to our trusted brand, systems, tools and training to bring the Mentor Walks model to life locally.

Lead your local Mentor Walks city — with the support and training of our Mentor Walks Global HQ team, you’ll take on key responsibilities to ensure your location is sustainable, runs smoothly and makes a real impact.

Be the Local Leader — As the driving force behind Mentor Walks in your city, you’ll lead the launch, build a strong community, and ensure your location thrives. This includes securing or raising funding to support your walks.

Content Marketer at Mentor Walks, Tess’s professional life is shaped by a desire to drive gender equality and build an inclusive society. Her passion and experience saw her lead the social media arm of the Teach Us Consent campaign, pulling mandatory consent education for Australian students over the line in March 2022.
She is currently completing her Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at UTS and is most energised and inspired when surrounded with powerhouse women.
