Winnie is a commercial finance leader in the banking sector, with a proven track record in building and leading high performance teams to deliver strong business growth, operational efficiencies and sustainable performance. She is currently the CFO of Transformation, Technology and Operations at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), responsible for overseeing $4b of the bank’s cost base. Prior to that, she served as CFO of Transaction Banking at SCB, a $3.5b revenue business that provides leading Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions to Corporates and Institutional clients. She has experience across a diverse mix of businesses including Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Transaction Banking, spanning a 20-year career across multiple geographies. She is a strong advocate for female talent and actively involved in driving the people agenda in her organization.
