Vicky is a passionate leader, mentor and advisor with nearly 20 years of experience in the innovation ecosystem. She is currently the National Lead for Engagement and Strategy for CSIRO Futures, the strategy consulting arm of CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency. In this role, she is responsible for driving sustainable growth for the practice through consulting engagements, internal strategy and practice development, and overseeing marketing activities. With over a decade of broad industry exposure in consulting, Vicky has proven business and relationship development skills through national and international senior management and executive roles. On a more personal level, with her multicultural heritage and a doctorate in physical sciences and engineering, Vicky is a vocal champion of gender and cultural representation in senior leadership and in STEM industries, and is an invited speaker on driving innovation in industry and innovation policies. Vicky was previously a mentor in the Shanghai branch of Mentor Walks. After several years of living and working interstate and overseas, Vicky is enthusiastic to be returning to her hometown of Melbourne and joining the Melbourne branch of walks.
