Tania has recently joined Westpac New Zealand as Chief Financial Officer after working overseas for a number of years in the Banking Industry.

Tania is a skilled finance executive who has extensive experience in leading, developing and transforming Finance functions, and providing leadership and direction to the business.

Prior to joining Westpac, Tania was CFO, Singapore and South Asia for ANZ Banking Group, based in Singapore, with primary accountability for providing both professional and strategic financial guidance and advise to the business across approximately 10 countries. During her tenure with ANZ, Tania held a variety of senior leadership roles in different locations including Head of Finance (NZ), General Manager Internal Audit NZ and Pacific (NZ), Head of Group Accounting Policy (Australia) and Head of Finance Transformation (Singapore).

Tania holds a Masters of Business Administration (with Distinction) from Massey University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
