Sara was appointed the General Counsel & Company Secretary of NZX in January 2022. She is an in-house lawyer and leader with over 25 years experience in NZ, Australia and the UK. Prior to NZX, she held positions in a number of large organisations including Fletcher Building and Macquarie Group in Sydney and London.

Sara has a BA/LLB from the University of Otago. She grew up in Wellington and now calls North West Auckland home.
