Sachi is an experienced leader with over 25 years in the public sector, 15 of which were as a senior executive including as a Deputy CEO. She has worked across various Departments and agencies in diverse roles involving strategy, change, governance, policy, regulation and operations. In these roles Sachi dealt with issues including national and border security, natural resource management, drought, and maritime safety. This experience has given her a thorough understanding of the challenges and nuances of complex workplaces, particularly in the government context.

Sachi’s aim has always been to find the potential in others, building capability and challenging people through change. She is now pursuing that as an
Executive Coach. She draws on her diverse background and practical experience in leadership and management to provide insights and guidance to her clients. Her specialities are supporting women in leadership and helping people who are leading change, developing strategy, policy and/or regulation.

Sachi also serves on the Canberra Girls Grammar School Board and chairs their Risk Committee.
