Ricole joined The Boston Consulting Group in Singapore as a partner 2+ years ago with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, turnaround and restructuring consulting experience. A core member of the BCG Transformations practice area, Ricole leads the Special Situation (turnaround and restructuring) segment across Asia Pacific.
Ricole specialises in advising and assisting stakeholders facing financial and operational challenges with turnarounds and transformations with the aim of developing a sustainable capital structure that supports growth and improved valuations in the medium- long term. Ricole has worked with many multinational companies through cross-jurisdictional transactions.
Prior to BCG, Ricole was a senior managing director at FTI Consulting in Asia for almost 10 years and helped built its practice in Indonesia. Before this, Ricole worked at Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN Amro Bank in the credit risk and special asset divisions.
A Malaysian by nationality, through her 25-year career, Ricole has lived & worked in Malaysia, Hong Kong, New York, London, Indonesia and now based out of Singapore, Ricole's projects span across the Asia Pacific region.
Ricole is incredibly passionate about gender equity and supporting women progression in the professional environment, where she currently leads the Women@BCG network for BCG Singapore. Previously Ricole also heads up the Women Initiative Network for FTI for SouthEastAsia. Ricole served on the committee of the International Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation in Singapore for 10 years before passing on the responsibilities. Ricole was recently included in the Future Leaders Role Model List by Heroes Women organised by Involve People UK for her contributions towards gender diversity.
In her spare time, Ricole volunteers with fund raising activities for Children Cancer Association of Singapore. Ricole loves to travel and experience new adventures and whilst in Singapore, she practices yoga, goes for hikes and exercises regular to maintain her both physical and mental health.
