Rebecca Burrows, General Manager Small Business, is responsible for bringing the best of Australia Post to Australia’s entrepreneurial and small business community. She is committed to creating new solutions tailored to the specific needs of Australian small business that build on the unique strength of our unparalleled network and digital innovation. In creating these solutions, Rebecca uses a combination of internal innovation opportunities, collaborations and partnerships. Rebecca’s genuine passion for entrepreneurship and innovation is complemented by a strong operational, commercial and marketing background positioning her well to help small business go online, grow their business and sell overseas. Rebecca is also a keen champion of diversity and inclusion and is a respected leader of this both internally at Australia Post and externally. She is a sought after mentor, public speaker and advocate in the areas of small business, entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership. Rebecca was a finalist in the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards (Private Sector) in 2017. Rebecca previously held the role of General Manager Business Hubs, responsible for a network of over 50 operational sites across the country with over 2000 operational, customer service and sales staff. Prior to joining Australia Post in 2011, Rebecca held a number of commercial and change leadership roles at Shell – both in Australia and globally.
