Dr Paula Conroy is a medical doctor, leadership health expert, speaker and entrepreneur with a career spanning medicine, executive leadership, governance and small business.

Over nearly 20 years, Paula has worked across clinical practice, senior executive roles and as a non-executive director, giving her firsthand experience of leadership from multiple perspectives. She is also the founder of her own business, where she works with organisations to build the health capacity leaders need to perform sustainably under pressure.

Paula is particularly passionate about supporting women navigating career transitions, stepping into leadership, building confidence and finding a way to pursue meaningful work without sacrificing their health along the way. Having made several significant career pivots herself, she brings a practical, candid and supportive perspective to mentoring.
