RISK MANAGEMENT
• Designed and implemented enterprise risk management (ERM) programs from inception and designed a risk-based model. Led first Board holistic risk assessment which resulted in alignment of organizational key risks and opportunities, mitigation plans and oversight. Led ERM function in two pubcos.
• Developed a capital adequacy plan to determine the optimal capital level under various stress conditions as required by OSFI.
