Natalie Walker is the founder and Managing Director of Walker Executive Search. Natalie has extensive experience as an executive search and human resources consultant in Australia and the UK.

She works across the public and private education, health, government, not-for-profit, media and arts sectors as well as with ASX-listed companies.

Prior to founding Walker Executive Search, she was a senior equity partner with a global executive search firm where she led the firm’s Australian Human Resources Practice with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Her early career in Australia and London spanned retail and merchant banking, structured finance and capital markets.

Her personal commitment to social justice has included working with the UK Refugee Council to deliver employment skills classes and has also provided mentoring and employment skills training to female domestic violence victims.

Natalie is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
