Natalie is a well-rounded strategist, with diverse practice in the integration of land use, design and infrastructure in Greater Sydney. She has developed her expertise at several agencies within the NSW public sector.

Natalie was recognised on the Queen's Birthday 2020 Honours List receiving a Public Service Medal (PSM) for outstanding public service to infrastructure projects in NSW.

She is passionate about empowering women navigating their career by offering insights into both the extraordinary opportunities and challenges she has navigated over the last 20-years.

Natalie prides herself on leading with integrity and authenticity. As a mother of two boys in a household with two Lagotto's and being part of a vibrant extended family, she values balancing her career and home life.
