Mariann is originally from Hungary and has been living in New Zealand since the early 2000s. With a BSc in IT obtained in London, alongside a PRINCE2 qualification in Project Management, she had the fortune to be able to travel the world and experience different cultures while building her career in IT. Always conscious of the human impact on our planet, and sustainability in the forefront of her mind over the last few decades, she recently has taken on the role of the Sustainability Advisor at Catalyst IT. Trained in governance via the Institute of Directors, Mariann is also on the Board of the Christchurch Foundation and the Canterbury Tech Cluster.

Mariann is passionate about mentoring and has long-standing friendships from past mentoring programmes. She believes in the power of deep and respectful connections and learning through our own but more importantly through the experience of others in a supportive environment.
