with results the Coles’ Frozen, Bakery and Pantry businesses before being appointed General Manager
Grocery.
As General Manager Grocery, Leanne leads the Coles Supermarket’s largest Business Unit delivering
strong growth through customer-centric strategies, market-leading value programs, supplier relationship
management and product innovation.
Leanne is passionate for developing high performing teams, building long term partnerships, solving
customer problems and moving at pace to drive significant transformation within Coles.
