Lauren loves empowering leaders to grow and thrive through change.
Through her Board and Executive roles, Lauren has developed extensive experience in change and transformation including commercial growth, privatisation, and drought and water restrictions.
Lauren is a strong advocate for business, contributing to state-wide policy and advocacy as a Councillor of Business New South Wales. She has been a Non Executive Director of Business Hunter, the peak body for Australia’s largest regional economy, since 2018 and was the second woman in 136 years to be elected President of Business Hunter (2022-2024).
To inspire and support women in senior leadership, Lauren produces and hosts the Female Executive’s Survival Guide podcast (available on all pod channels) and is writing a book.
Lauren holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle (graduating top of her class), a Master of Sustainability from Deakin University and qualifications in company directorship, change and project management, coaching and public relations.
