Laura Chodola is a serial entrepreneur, beverage innovator and brand builder with more than 20 years of experience creating and growing consumer brands. She is the co-founder and CEO of Tealish, a Canadian specialty tea company she founded in 2005, and most recently launched Elec’trik Kids, an all-natural hydration brand created specifically for kids.

Throughout her career, Laura has developed brands and CPG products sold in leading retailers across North America. Her expertise spans beverage innovation, product development, brand strategy, marketing, retail growth and trend forecasting, with a particular focus on wellness and lifestyle products.

Laura has spent her career navigating the realities of entrepreneurship—from building brands from the ground up and developing products to leading teams, entering major retail, adapting to changing markets and identifying new opportunities for growth.

She is passionate about supporting women in business and helping entrepreneurs become more confident, strategic leaders. As a mentor with The Forum and Mentor Walks, Laura brings a practical, candid and encouraging approach to mentorship, drawing on her own entrepreneurial experience to help women work through challenges, see opportunities more clearly and move their businesses and careers forward.
