Kit Vati has held senior roles in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Leadership and Talent across digital/tech, management consulting, law, accounting and education sectors, including roles in large complex global organisations and international experience.

She works with executives to build leadership capability, organisational growth and change. She develops leaders and teams through coaching and impactful conversations, and works with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Kit is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has held NFP board and advisory positions in the education sector.
