Kirsty Dwyer is the Chief People Officer at Griffith University. Kirsty holds responsibility for the University’s people. The portfolio covers the people and workforce strategy and design, safety and wellbeing, diversity, equity, inclusion and access, talent attraction and retention, engagement and development. Kirsty’s experience spans private and public sector organisations across the spectrum of Business Management including operations, line management, people management, sales and account management, financial performance and customer service delivery. A move into Human Resources leadership positions over the past 15 years covers strategy, organisation design and development, transformational change, HR services and issues management, HR systems, analytics and reporting, talent management, workforce planning, industrial relations and recruitment.
Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resource Institute and a past AHRI council representative and holds membership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
