Kate is a seasoned Non-Executive Director, C-suite executive coach and business advisor with three decades of global commercial experience across Fortune 50 and ASX 50 companies including Credit Suisse, Coca-Cola Amatil, and Amcor spanning Australia, Singapore, London, New York, and Zurich. She has a rich track record of aligning strategy, leadership teams, and culture to drive commercial results. From co-leading the $11.2 billion integration of Coca-Cola Amatil into Coca-Cola Euro pacific Partners to leading people transformation during the Global Financial Crisis, Kate has walked in leaders' shoes and shares her lived experiences openly to help the next generation of leaders.

Kate is the founder and CEO of Self Energy, specializing in CEO succession and executive coaching, and co-founder and CEO of Social Value, which provides AI-enabled tools to accelerate strategy execution. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of IPH Limited and Director on the Global Forum Development Committee for the International Women's Forum. Previously, Kate was Founder and President of the International Women's Forum in Australia and Chairman of The Starlight Children's Foundation. Kate is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a member of Chief Executive Women. Kate is a proud mum of four children, keen traveller, baker, and emerging gardener.
