Jingjin is the founder and CEO of ZaZaZu, a pioneering corporate education platform that empowers professional women to navigate the challenges they face both at work and at home without limitations.
Drawing on her extensive experience as a serial entrepreneur, she have spent over a decade in the entrepreneurial and automotive sectors. Throughout her career, she have led global product management teams, managed portfolio turnarounds, and successfully built organizations from the ground up in diverse locations such as Germany, China, and Singapore.
In addition to Jingjin role at ZaZaZu, she co-founded ASBO Drives Technology Components GmbH, a company with strong roots in Germany and China. This venture achieved significant success and was subsequently acquired by China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) in 2019. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she made history as the first and youngest woman to assume the position of Global Marketing Director at WABCO, overseeing portfolios valued at up to $800 million. During her tenure, she achieved remarkable revenue growth of over $200 million for WABCO, while simultaneously driving $5 million in sales for ASBO Drives.
Recognizing the importance of supporting fellow entrepreneurs, particularly women-led early-stage startups, she actively contribute as an angel investor, limited partner, and advisor.
