Jessica is a Partner and has been with EY for over four years now. She works with corporate entities and private equity firms undertaking mergers, acquisitions, divestments and restructures to find commercial tax solutions. She has over 20 years' experience providing tax advice to a wide range of clients across a breadth of industries in New Zealand, Australia, London and Luxembourg. She has trained teams globally on technical issues of transactions, including tax aspects of due diligence, legal contracts, financial models and commercial structures.
