Jen is a professional director with a background in environmental law having practiced in NZ and Europe, including as a Partner of Anderson Lloyd. She is currently Chair of RDRML and a director of Orion NZ Ltd, ChristchurchNZ, MHV Water and Nelmac Ltd. Past governance roles include Regenerate Christchurch, Ngai Tahu Seafood and Chair of the Christchurch Arts Centre. Jen has been recognised for her governance work in the Women of Influence Awards and received a New Zealander of the Year Local Hero Medal for her leadership of the Christchurch Arts Centre following the Canterbury earthquakes.
