Rachel started working life as a lawyer in the RAAF and then gained experience in legal practice, academic and commercial organisations, specialising in environmental law. She then applied her legal skills to problem solving outside the confines of legal advices, leading national teams across a range of sectors. Rachel has deep board experience in education, NFP, sport and corporate sectors. Her focus now is on transforming Australian workplaces one leaders at a time.
