Debbie has created her own businesses from scratch, sold and started again, knowing the struggles and demands of all sides of private business.

In her last "paid" position she was the Commercial Services Manager at The University of New England in which she increased her businesses turnover from $900,000 to $3 million. At the same time starting her side hustle Pinotcat Designs.

After leaving the university she brought together like minded "side hustlers" to create The New England Collective. Firstly run as a collective, it is now run as a partnership and growing from strength to strength.
