Catherine is referred to by others as a true agent of change (formally qualified). She is a strong generalist HR practitioner (awarded Bachelor of Business in HR/IR and the highest professional certification from the Australian Human Resources Institute of Australia - FCPHR), backed by experience as an Executive Director and formal qualifications with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

This sets the tone for strong commerciality in the high performing people functions and workforce strategy she develops to rapidly uplift capability in organisations, squarely aimed at step changing quality of care/service delivery to varied consumers and improve operational efficiency, in the complex settings she has worked in.

Catherine has 25+ years’ experience in people and culture roles, across private, public sector and ASX, Nasdaq and FTSE listed entities, including regulatory authorities, multinationals and private equity; in business to business and business to consumer settings.

Her experiences have taken her into large national, multi-site service organisations in health and non-health settings, with up to 9,000 FTE. This includes aged care during the pandemic, Royal Commission, unprecedented industrial action and sector reform.
