Caroline Walsh is the Chief Executive Officer of IPAA ACT. Previously, she was Group Manager - Inclusion Group at the Australian Public Service Commission. Caroline is passionate about public service and has a 20 year career spanning the Commonwealth and state public sectors. She has held senior roles covering policy, reform, regulation and service delivery. Caroline has qualifications in law and government and a background in industrial relations, having started her career as an industrial advocate. She has four children and is passionate about inclusion and flexibility.
